We’ve updated your dashboard to include a page for booking visitors in advance of their arrival. The page can be found under the “Visitors” tab in your menu. You will notice that the “Visitors” tab is now a dropdown. It includes the options “Visitor List” and “Visitor Booking”.
When a visitor is booked in via Welcm a meeting invite will be emailed to the visitor. This will allow them to easily add the meeting to whatever calendar they use. The host of the meeting will also receive a calendar entry meaning there is no need to carry out two processes to book a meeting. You can do everything via Welcm.

If you’d rather just get on with it yourself, no problem! You’ll be pleased to hear that it’s very easy to book a visitor (or several visitors at the same time). Just follow these instructions:
- Head over to your “Visitor Booking” page in the “Visitors” tab
- Click “Add”
- Enter the visitor(s) and meeting details then click “Save”
