Welcm Home is a tool built specifically for businesses which have transitioned to a remote working model whilst maintaining a physical office for internal and external meetings. As we move away from the traditional office-based set-up to a more fluid remote set-up, we need the tools to support this evolution.

The ability to track staff working hours, book meeting rooms / desks and pre-register invited visitors becomes ever more important. Maintaining an accurate record of visitors and ensuring they have the right health and safety information is also essential.

Welcm Home is made up of three separate apps: a visitor-facing Virtual Reception, an online Dashboard and a staff companion app. The Dashboard is accessed via your web browser, the Virtual Reception is available as an iPad app and the companion app is available for iPhone.

The Virtual Reception greets visitors and / or your staff with an intuitive sign in system. The Dashboard allows you to manage your reception, rooms, hot desks and staff more effectively. It also allows you to customise your Virtual Reception. The companion app provides a number of useful features for your staff such as visitor arrival notifications and sign in / out functionality.

The Virtual Reception

This is what your visitors will use to sign in to and out of your building. Your own staff can also sign in and out which is useful not least for evacuation handling purposes.

This iPad app is free to download as part of your Welcm account. There is no limit to how many Virtual Reception devices you can use with your account and you can customise each one individually. No matter how many Virtual Reception devices you use you will pay the same. This means that you could have one iPad set up for visitors, one for staff and another for deliveries without paying anything extra for your account.

The Dashboard

This is what you use to administer Welcm Home. Your staff receive logins allowing them to track their time, book meeting rooms / hot desks, pre-book / invite visitors and receive IM’s from your reception team.

The dashboard is where you add your staff lists, rooms / hot-desks and customise your virtual reception. All the information about your visitors is stored here as is staff time tracking data. With smart evacuation handling facilities as well as features to help you remain compliant with GDPR and other data laws, Welcm contains all you need to easily manage your remote workforce and office safely, securely and effectively.

The Companion App

This is an app which is available for your staff to download and use as part of your Welcm subscription. The app will provide push notifications to your staff, informing them when their visitors sign in to your building.

The app also provides a number of other useful features such as an automatically updated staff list which will provide accurate, up to date work contact details for their colleagues. A quick sign in function will allow staff to sign into the building direct from their phone.
