Welcm All is a Visitor Management System with room booking and hot desk booking features. It has been built specifically for multi-tenant / serviced offices. It is made up of three separate apps: a visitor-facing Virtual Reception, an online Dashboard and a tenant / staff companion app.

The Dashboard is accessed via your web browser, the Virtual Reception is available as an iPad app and the companion app is available for iPhone.

The Virtual Reception greets visitors, tenants and even your staff with an intuitive sign in system.

The Dashboard allows you to manage your reception, tenants, rooms and hot desks more effectively. It can optionally be integrated with your external website allowing anyone to book rooms and hot desk. It also allows you to customise your Virtual Reception.

The companion app provides a number of useful features for your tenants / staff such as visitor arrival notifications and sign in / out functionality.

The Virtual Reception

This is what your visitors will use to sign in to and out of your building. Tenants and your own staff can also sign in and out which is useful not least for evacuation handling purposes.

This iPad app is free to download as part of your Welcm account. There is no limit to how many Virtual Reception devices you can use with your account and you can customise each one individually. No matter how many Virtual Reception devices you use you will pay the same. This means that you could have one iPad set up for visitors, one for tenants and another for your staff without paying anything extra for your account.

The Dashboard

This is what you use to administer your Visitor Management System. Your reception team can also use it to manually sign visitors in / out. Your tenants can also be given logins to allow them to book meeting rooms / hot desks, pre-book / invite visitors and receive IM’s from your reception team.

The dashboard is where you add tenant companies / staff lists, rooms / hot-desks and additional office locations. Virtual Reception customisation is contained here too. All the information about your visitors is stored here too. With smart evacuation handling facilities as well as features to help you remain compliant with GDPR and other data laws, Welcm contains all you need to easily manage your serviced office safely, securely and effectively.

The Companion App

This is an app which is available for your tenants and your staff to download and use as part of your Welcm subscription. The app will provide push notifications to your tenants, informing them when their visitors sign in to your building.

The app also provides a number of other useful features such as an automatically updated staff list which will provide accurate, up to date work contact details for their colleagues. A quick sign in function will allow staff to sign into the building direct from their phone.
