It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for… drum roll please… Photo Capture is now available in Welcm!
We’ve updated the visitor sign in flow on your iPad to include an optional page which will take a photo of your visitors.
The photo will be stored and available to view in your Welcm dashboard. If you have notifications turned on the visitor’s host will receive the picture too. No more guessing which person in reception is here to see you!

If you’d rather just get on with it yourself, no problem! You’ll be pleased to hear that it’s very easy to set up. Just follow these instructions:
- Head over to your “Devices” page
- Pick the device you wish to edit
- Turn Photo Capture on in the visitor sign in flow and click “Save”
